Work map

See where your hours actually go sideways.

Opsis is an AI productivity app that builds a live map of your sessions while you work: which apps, which states, where focus broke. After a week you stop guessing why Tuesday felt useless.

Query

Your everyday AI, already caught up on your work.

Write, plan, debug, decide. Query brings your sessions and local memory into the chat, so you get useful answers instead of starting from zero. Switch between Auto, GPT, Claude, and Grok whenever you want.

What's on your mind?

Same models you already use. Plus your actual work history in the room.

Offline Sessions

Paper counts too.

Reading, handwriting, revision away from the screen still becomes a focus session. Offline Mode checks your desk once a minute with a private camera frame. Images stay on your laptop. Only anonymised summaries can leave.

FAQ

Questions worth answering

What Opsis is, how it differs from a time tracker, privacy, and getting started.

What is Opsis?

Opsis is an AI productivity app for Mac and Windows. It maps how your hours actually go, then gives you an everyday AI that already knows your context, including screen work, desk work, Quick Ask, Find Automations, and weekly findings.

How is Opsis different from a time tracker?

Opsis is not a timesheet. Most productivity trackers ask you to start a timer or categorise your day after the fact. Opsis runs in the background, builds a live map of sessions, and lets you ask an AI that already has that context so you can fix the part that wastes your time.

Is my data private?

Yes. Raw captures and full text from apps you whitelist stay on your machine. What can leave is anonymised session structure and summaries used to map patterns. Offline Session camera frames are analysed locally and never uploaded.

Is Opsis watching my screen all the time?

No. There is no continuous screen recording. For screen sessions it tracks app focus and behavioural signals, plus text only from apps on your whitelist. Offline Sessions take one private camera frame about once a minute while that mode is running.

What can I ask it?

You can ask anything you would throw at a blank chat, plus questions only your work history can answer. Finish the proposal from Tuesday. Dig up what you read. Unblock what is on screen. Pick Auto, GPT, Claude, or Grok for the job.

What are Offline Sessions?

Offline Sessions let desk work away from the screen count as focus time. Reading, handwriting, and revision are checked with a private on-device vision frame about once a minute. Images stay on your laptop. Only anonymised summaries can sync.

What does Find Automations do?

Find Automations scans recent captures, sessions, and tasks for workflows you keep doing by hand, then turns strong matches into reusable slash-command skills.

Which platforms does it support?

Opsis supports macOS and Windows from day one. It is free to start.

Do I need to change how I work?

No. Work how you normally do, let Opsis find improvements, then decide if you want to act on them.

Who is it for?

Opsis is for anyone who already cares about how they work and wants clearer signal: builders, students, operators, writers, and anyone optimising their own productivity.
