How we think about it
The tools are temporary. The work is permanent. A tracker keeps score. Opsis keeps continuity.
How we got here.
Opsis started as a way for students to see how they really worked. The longer we watched work happen across apps, first in classrooms and then with builders and small teams, the clearer one thing became. The work itself was usually fine. The context around it kept going missing.
The brief someone read on Monday. The decision made in yesterday's thread. The number a customer was promised. People lose hours finding these again, and more fixing work that was built on the wrong one.
So we built the layer we wanted for ourselves. It keeps the thread of your work across every app you share, and hands you the right piece of it when you need it. This is the first version of something much bigger, and we're building it in the open with the people who use it.
